I've dabbled in meditation on my own before but could never get into it. After one class with Lisa I felt relaxed, invigorated and calm at the same time. I'm the kind of person that wants to be able to do things on my own, but having her guidance allowed me to experience a much deeper and more fulfilling meditation than doing it on my own. Also, normally in the mornings I wake up with chronic pain at about a 9 out of 10. To help you understand, it feels like someone is sawing through my bones with a rusty carving knife. Like so many people, before coming to Lisa, I was a real stress puppy. I have had a lot to deal with over the past years with changing life circumstances, hugely emotional situations.
