In a small, nurturing group setting you are guided into a somatic release technique called Neurogenic Tremoring - one of the most profound tools for nervous system regulation. This intrinsic physiological response is a natural reflex that allows the body to discharge built-up tension and reset back to a neutral, calm, relaxed state.
Discharging "fight - flight" energy within the body results in a natural recalibration — resulting in deep calm within the body and the mind. NO need to sit still and focus on your breath or try to control your thoughts. Through therapeutic release you will relax naturally to leave each session feeling light, free and peaceful.
Just like getting a tune-up for your car, this practice is the go-to maintenance regime for discharging and releasing physical, mental and emotional stress associated with being human, and breaking the cycle of anxiety and stress.
When your system is chronically stressed, sitting still and trying to relax can feel incredibly uncomfortable, and can often intensify unwanted thoughts and inner noise. Instead of feeling better afterwards, you can leave feeling more frustrated than before - and like you've failed.
You do not have to push through that.

Laying on your back, you’ll be guided through a subtle practice involving micro-movement of the legs that induces a natural 'tremoring'. This intrinsic tremoring response helps your body let go of built-up tension, leaving you feeling very present and relaxed in your body.
Once relaxed, crystal bowls are then used to enhance recallibration, elevate resonance and deepen the experience.
This serves as a great weekly reset to help break the cycle of stress and anxiety.
