When those strong, unwanted emotions keep surfacing, and the same life dramas keep playing out on repeat — and you don’t know how to stop them, you have two options. TRAUMA SUPPORT

Using somatic therapy, guided practices, meditation, and personal insight, these supportive sessions focus on helping you reconnect with your body, feel safe within yourself, and build steady capacity for regulation.
THERAPEUTIC STRESS RELEASE
When group classes don't feel quite right at this time, or you just feel you would benefit from personal support through the process of somatic release, these sessions provide a private, supportive space for you to discharge pent up energy, stress and emotions in the body to leave you feeling clear, light, and peaceful.
NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
Integrating a combination of modalities (both somatic practices and energy work), this carefully curated session is designed to return the nervous system to a calm, relaxed state. It will lift any stress fatigue that you are presently experiencing, and leave your body and mind feeling peaceful again.
BREATH REHABILITATION
If your breath feels tight, restricted and like it's keeping you in stress mode, it probably is! In these sessions breath dysfunction is diagnosed and corrected so that breathing becomes comfortable, relaxed and easy again... and so do you!

Whether you are new to meditation, have tried it before and failed, or are a seasoned practitioner, these sessions not only make meditation accessible to all, but will also help you reach a deeper understanding and meditation state more quickly.
VIBRATIONAL SOUND THERAPY
Vibrational sound therapy uses an array of instruments applied directly to or around the body - recalibrating your nervous system, quietening your mind and giving rise to deep relaxation. This class is designed specifically to release residual stress associated with anxiety, trauma and overwhelm. When you are constantly on edge, stuck in your head, or feeling overwhelmed, your body and mind need a regular outlet for releasing tension to maintain physiological, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing.
In a small, nurturing group setting you are guided into a somatic release technique called Neurogenic Tremoring - one of the most profound tools for nervous system regulation. This intrinsic physiological response is a natural reflex that allows the body to discharge built-up tension and reset back to a neutral, calm, relaxed state.
Discharging "fight - flight" energy within the body, results in a natural recalibration felt by deep calm within the body and the mind. NO need to sit still and focus on your breath or try to control your thoughts. Through therapeutic release you will relax naturally to leave each session feeling light, free and peaceful.

Laying on your back, you’ll be guided through a subtle practice involving intrinsic micro-movement of the legs that induces a natural 'tremoring'. This intrinsic tremoring response helps your body let go of built-up tension, leaving you feeling very present and relaxed in your body. The deep relaxation that follows is often accompanied by vibrational sound healing, and serves as a great weekly reset to help break the cycle of stress and anxiety.

🔸 Bring - Your own lunch and waterbottle. Herb tea will be offered.
🔸 Attendance - Please come prepared to dedicate the entire day to the silent retreat. Arrange your schedule so you can remain present and free from outside commitments. Leaving the venue to run errands or making phone calls during the retreat will interfere with the quiet, focused environment of the day.
