To get the full benefit, a few simple guidelines are in place
Noble Silence
Silence is observed for the entire day. This allows your system to fully settle without distraction.
No Technology
Phones and smart devices are not used during the retreat.
Dedicate yourself to the complete experience
Arrange your schedule so you are free from outside commitments. Leaving to run errands on breaks or to make phone calls disrupts the depth of the process.
Comfortable clothing
Wear loose, comfortable layers. Bring socks or something warm if needed.
Bring your lunch
Please bring your own morning tea, lunch and water bottle. Herbal tea will be provided.
