Yin yoga is a quiet, nurturing practice that not only offers intimate connection to your body, but also space for deep inner self connection. In this class, poses of stretch are held for lengthy periods to release stubborn patterns of tension and holding in the body and mind.

Yin yoga is a great way to unwind from the inside out, melting away the stresses of life, and is particularly beneficial to individuals with an over-active lifestyle, and for anyone specifically wanting to increase their flexibility.

Beginners welcome.

This class series runs on Tuesday evenings at 6pm through June & July
and Thursday mornings at 10am through July

VENUE

Held in an intimate, private sanctuary in Mooloolaba, places are limited to 9 participants.
