This THERAPEUTIC STRESS RELEASE class is a fusion of somatic release and embodied meditation, and is one of the most profound tools for nervous system regulation for every 'body'. This therapeutic release is a natural, involuntary mechanism of the body that unravels and shifts past baggage, trauma and emotional stress from your entire system, to elicit a very natural, deeply-felt embodied peace, and liberation from the weight of your past to feel free and clear.

Just like getting a tune-up for your car, this practice is the go-to maintenance regime for discharging and releasing physical, mental and emotional stress associated with being human, and breaking the cycle of anxiety and stress.

Meditation Without The Struggle

For people whose systems are chronically stressed, sitting in formal meditation can feel incredibly uncomfortable, and will usually intensify unwanted thoughts and inner noise. Instead of feeling better afterwards, they leave feeling more frustrated than before - and like they've failed.
