For Embodied Stability
A body caught in a stressed fear-state loop will not allow the portal to Self to open. Somatic Intelligence develops understanding of the gross and subtle energetics of your body, and repair harmful stress states to establish stable, peaceful ease within. Through experiments, observation, somatic exploration and biosensory feedback, you'll learn to detect your own energetic response in any given moment, to understand yourself and body more completely, and then learn to rectify any energetic dysfunctions. Incorporating 8 valuable lessons (each which are courses in their own right), alongstide (& integral to) a meaningful meditation system, this course provides a rare understanding of both self and meditation, that enables participants to navigate the internal environment where they experience themself and process life. Without learning to navigate the internal experience of self, it is very difficult to implement intrapersonal change, yet this is not something that is typically offered in ‘mindfulness’ focused courses.
This pathway leaves no stone unturned, interweaving and merging the awareness of your body, your energetics, your internal environment, and your non-physical self into a new physical reality.
The content of this course is intentonal and progressive toward deconstructing stress and discord at the levels of the body, mind and emotions, and with recordings for home practice* can be more deeply integrated into your daily life.

The Self Insight Program includes 3 separate modules each with 4x 60min lessons. (12 hours in total)
For those with access to the Daily Immersion Program, you will have the option of including self-regulated home practice (10-15 minutes via guided recordings) to integrate the learnings. -
This course is jam-packed with a depth of information that is intgrated more deeply over time. While it is a perfect stand-alone course to set you on a new trajectory of self-awareness and life change (and provides the tools and know-how to do so), some students choose to repeat the course for greater depth of assimilation, integration, and practice, and to continue their journey of self-navigation.
